If you’re a new nursing mother, then you should be ready for the new changes in your lifestyle.
Either you’re indoor, outdoor or out of home, you should be ready to provide care for your baby as needed.
When you want to visit friends or go to work with your baby, you need the appropriate materials for baby care, and you should be available on the go.
You should have diapers and wet wipes with you when you visit your pediatrician for the first time, says chaktty.
We would like to give you a few tips here on what you should definitely take with you.
THE DIAPER BAG/BACKPACK
Buy a diaper bag or a diaper backpack or have it given to you for the birth of your child.
For the sake of simplicity, the diaper bag usually has enough pockets for ointments, creams, wet wipes, and diapers.
There is often space for a bottle on the sides. Of course, you can also pack a few clothes in the diaper bag.
Each model also comes with a washable changing mat. You can spread these out wherever you are with your baby and wrap your child on them.
It doesn’t matter whether it’s on a changing table, a normal table, or, if necessary, on a sofa or bed.
The changing mat keeps everything hygienically clean, sexpally recommended. And if something comes up, just wipe it off with a damp cloth.
If necessary, you can also store many other little things in the diaper bag, such as a tablespoon (for children over the age of four months), a pacifier including a box, and the like.
There is often space on the sides for a small water bottle from which you can make something yourself.
If you feed your child with baby milk, you can fill the required amount of powder into a special dispenser and then put it in a side pocket together with the empty drinking bottle including teat.
Take boiled water with you in a thermos flask and you are ready for the next hunger attack.
When your baby is older, you can of course also take baby biscuits, bananas, apple wedges, and other things with you.
PACK A SUFFICIENT NUMBER OF DIAPERS
If you want to visit friends and relatives with your baby, the pediatrician, or attend a baby swimming course, you should pack a few more diapers and take a sufficient number of wet wipes with you.
How quickly can your stay be extended unplanned? Surely the medical assistants in the pediatric practice and other mothers help out with baby swimming courses, but that should remain the exception.
When it comes to wet wipes, you should always stick to the type that your child can tolerate, according to healthpally.
There are certain products to which your child can react with intolerance reactions, such as redness and eczema.
It’s the same with diapers, by the way. Even expensive diapers can cause irritation here.
Before you go out into the fresh air with your child, you should rub your face with a “wind and weather cream”.
In summer, you should lubricate your child’s sensitive skin with a sunscreen that has a high sun protection factor (at least SPF 30).
TEST PRODUCTS BEFORE YOU BUY THEM
Request product samples from various manufacturers. These are available, for example, from diapers, various baby creams, wet wipes, and care oils.
These samples are usually free of charge. Once you test the products, you will save yourself unnecessary expenses if your child cannot tolerate the product.
In various drugstores, you can also get individual packs of two to three diapers of each type.
Here you can take a very specific look at which diapers your baby can tolerate, sexpally advised.
